So, what’s next…
After you have submitted your online Direct Debit application, a member of our Customer Care Team will be in contact with you to process your application and send you a PDF Service Agreement to digitally sign. Once signed, your Service Agreement will start.
Please note that this Service Agreement is only offered to existing Paragon Pump Servicing customers that have had a prior service following their recommended interval. New customers will require a full first service before being able to apply for a Service Agreement, at our standard rates (less a 10% new customer discount). Paragon Pump Servicing reserves the right to turn down applications for a Service Agreement.

*Accessories serviced are the following: high level alarms, control panels and battery backups.
†Please note that replacement parts are not included under the Service Agreement, inc. consumable items such as batteries, relays, etc. All parts will be quoted for before replacement and discussed with the client.
‡Voucher sent after 14 day cooling off period. Cannot be exchanged for cash alternative. Subject to availability. Proof of switch is required before voucher is issued. Not available on the one pump station (£20.50 per month) Service Agreement.
Callouts and breakdowns are not included in the Service Agreement and will be charged for at our standard rates less a 10% discount. Additional labour outside of the standard service (i.e. upgrades) is also not included.
This Service Agreement is subject to the Terms of Agreement and our standard Terms & Conditions, including exclusions and inclusions. Communicated to you at the time of signing your eSignature PDF Service Agreement.
You cannot cancel your contract during the minimum term (after the cooling off period), if you do so and cancel your direct debit, you may be liable to pay early termination charges, you will not accrue any further service visits as part of the Agreement, no benefits will be valid and any payments made will not be refunded. Early termination charges will be worked out based on how many payments have been made and how many services have been carried, then an invoice will be sent to you for payment.
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel this Service Agreement within 14 days (cooling off period) of the date you signed up and receive a refund of any money paid, unless you have already received at least one of your pump station services under the Service Agreement (whereby an early termination charge may be applicable). You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of pump station services already done, once these have been completed, even if the cooling off period is still running.
