In just two years, Tommy has progressed from trainee to Level 2 Pump Engineer, demonstrating exceptional dedication, technical ability, and a genuine passion for the industry. His calm, solutions-focused approach and commitment to delivering the highest standards have made him a valued member of the Paragon team and a trusted professional for customers.
Even during recovery from major surgery, Tommy continued to support the business and its customers, contributing his knowledge, strengthening internal processes, and exemplifying the values Paragon stands for.
